Shifttelle · refund policy

Refund policy.

This page describes when a Shifttelle purchase can be refunded. The short version is up front; the full terms follow.

At a glance

The policy, in two sentences.

Purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or app-store rules.

Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current period.

What it means

How the policy applies in practice.

Because the app is a digital service you consume on the day you pay for it, we do not offer a change-of-mind refund once a purchase has completed. The only situations where a refund can be issued are the ones required by the consumer-protection law of your jurisdiction, or by the refund rules of the app store you bought the subscription through (Apple App Store, Google Play, or our web checkout). If either of those says you are owed a refund, we honor it.

Cancelling your subscription is a separate action. It tells the billing system not to charge you for the next period — once the current period ends, your access reverts to the free tier. The current period is not refunded by the act of cancelling, because you have already received the service for that period.

How to cancel or request a refund

Two paths, depending on where you bought.

If you bought on the App Store, manage the subscription in your Apple ID account settings — that's also where you request an Apple-mediated refund. If you bought on Google Play, manage the subscription and any refund request in your Google Play account. If you bought through our web checkout, cancellation and refund requests can be sent to the address below; we'll confirm the outcome in writing once we've reviewed them.

Where applicable law requires a refund beyond what the app-store rules cover, contact us and include the order receipt — we'll respond with the next step for your jurisdiction.

Questions

Refund or cancellation questions.

Email shifttelle@polsia.app with your order receipt and the platform you bought on, and we'll walk you through it.

In short

Non-refundable, except where the law — or the app store — says otherwise.
